We offer many different types of leasing products designed to meet the unique needs of our customers. If however, none of our products meet your needs we can provide a 100% customized lease product that will meet your needs.

Products Features
Capital Lease Term: Generally, you can lease software over 12, 24, 36, 48 and 60 months. We, however, can accommodate most requests for a special term.
Payment Period: Most customers prefer to make monthly payments. You can, however, make quarterly, semi-annual or annual payments.
Step Rents: The sky is the limit. We will provide step up or step down payments to accommodate any budgetary need.
Balloon Payment: You can have a balloon payment between 10% and 30% of the software cost, to reduce your monthly payment.
Rent Holiday: Plan one or more months without making a lease payment to match budgeting or cash needs.
Progress Payment Loan No Payment: Make no payments until the lease starts.
Interest Only Payments: Pay only interest until the lease starts.
Municipal Lease Same as a Capital Lease.
Receivable/Purchase Order Financing As a service to our vendors, we will consider purchasing receivables. A software vendor may need assistance where they have provided extended payment terms to their customers. Extended payment terms can create many problems, the least of which is accentuating days sales outstanding and raising issues regarding the carrying costs of those receivables.

We also provide a wide array of value added services to both our software vendor customers and our end user customers.
